Exciting News from Servicengine! 

Hello Servicengine Partners, we’d like to share some exciting news!  

After 26 years building the company from scratch, and overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, Harry Dayton, founder and President of Servicengine, will embark on a new strategic leadership position as Chief Executive Officer.  Harry will remain deeply invested and involved in the organization, but his new role will allow him to focus on our strategic, innovative, and philanthropic goals and initiatives.

Thomas Franssen, Jr., current Chief Information Officer, will rightly assume the role of President.  Thomas’s contributions and leadership over the last 18+ years have modernized Servicengine’s product and services, proving him to be the natural choice to steward the company into the future.

In addition to Harry’s ongoing mentorship, Thomas will be supported by a newly established Executive Committee.  This cross-discipline team comes to the table with extensive expertise in their respective realms, a long history of collaboration, and a deep commitment to the success of Servicengine’s clients and products. Committee members include: 

  • Tony Scaringella, Chief Architect, 26 years of service 
  • Ken Gallo, Chief Operating Officer, 26 years of service 
  • Sara Miller, Executive Vice President, 17 years of service  

Servicengine Partners should expect a smooth transition, and we welcome any and all feedback as the organization evolves.  We anticipate little change to everyday routine, and when adjustments are implemented, as always, we will engage with transparency and candor.
